Most modern cities that have a Lord also have an Elder Council – but not all. Elder Councilors tend to have access to the Lord of a city above everyone else, aside from the Head of Enforcement.

Usually a group of two to five vampires, chosen and led by the Head of Enforcement, to assist in enforcing the rules of a given city. See Head of Enforcement.

Warrior Guild/Warriors/Thugs

A vampiric bloodline spawned by one of the Originals. Warrior Guild is the term of choice used by Ancients. Warriors is the term used by Elders. Thugs is the term used by Fledglings.
