Weekly Update: May 3, 2011
First, I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who’s purchased a copy of Eternal Hearts. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
You’re awesome. I adore you each and every one of you. And, much like I said in the Dedications, I wouldn’t be here without you. I still don’t know how I got so lucky.
With the early release of Eternal Hearts, my life has been crazy since last Friday.
And now that I’m done freaking out and have embraced the craziness - I wanted to let everyone know that I still have some spots open if anyone wants to get in on the Eternal Hearts Special order. Here are some of the stickers you’ll get:
I love the Stefan sticker. I carried it all around my house last night, and every time I looked at it I smiled like a little kid. If you want to place an order, read THIS POST with pricing and all the special order details.
Okay, now onto the part wherein I ask you all for some serious help. As you know, Eternal Hearts released about a full month earlier than I was prepared for. I get e-mails all the time from readers asking if there’s anything they can do to help me with the books, and I always say not really, your support is plenty.
But this time around, I really could use some help getting the word out about Eternal Hearts. So I compiled a short list of things you can do to help me, if you’re willing.
1. “Like” Eternal Hearts (print / Kindle) & Eternal Seduction (print / Kindle) on Amazon. The button is right up at the top of the page, above the price and next to the review stars.
2. Agree with the tags for Eternal Hearts (print / Kindle) & Eternal Seduction (print / Kindle) on Amazon. This really helps a lot, because the higher the # of tags the higher and more frequently the books will show in searches on Amazon. The tags are about halfway down the page, just under the reviews.
3. Write a review for Eternal Hearts and Eternal Seduction on Amazon. It doesn’t have to be 5 stars, and that’s not, at all, what I’m asking for. I’m asking you to write an HONEST review about the book. Talk about a few things you liked and a few things you didn’t like. Share with the world how you really feel.
4. Write a review or rate Eternal Hearts and Eternal Seduction on B&N. B&N allows you to rate a book without having to write a review. Again, it doesn’t have to be five stars. Rate the books according to how you feel about them.
5. Add Eternal Hearts & Eternal Seduction to your shelf on GoodReads. Then, if you’re feeling generous, rate the books and write a review!
6. Add Eternal Hearts & Eternal Seduction to your shelf on Shelfari. Then, just like with GoodReads, if you’re feeling generous, rate the books and write a review.
That’s all for now.
Of course, pretty much anything you can think of that will help spread the word also applies to this request for assistance, so go forth and have fun with it. I’m also going to be placing a HUGE bookmark order as soon as I have the final artwork for Stefan, and I’m recruiting helpers who are willing to go to their local bookstores and drop of a stack of bookmarks to sit on the counter. If you’re willing, drop me an e-mail and we can chat about the details.
Okay, I’m off to make some blog buttons and banners. Thanks for everything guys. Like I said above, you’re awesome!
Have a good one!
